How I Stated An easy Alkaline Promoting Food Plan For Beginners
Every beginner, at some point, struggles with where and how to start with an Alkaline diet meal planning. For years we have been lead to believe that what we eat does not have a direct correlation to our health. We as melanated people have been told for ages, and many of us have accepted that theory which falsely states that because of genetics we are more prone to an extended range of diseases. Diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, heart disease and stroke are some of the common conditions that are plaguing our communities, we have got to pay more attention to what we put in our bodies and try to make appropriate adjustment to heal ourselves.
I have first to say that I was not entirely restricted to only alkaline foods when I began my vegan transition because I knew that it was not practical for my lifestyle at the time. My method incorporates eating two high alkaline promoting foods for everyone one low acid-promoting food in every meal. Now, let find out what an alkaline diet is, an alkaline diet is incorporating more high alkaline forming food in the body into your daily meals. Today I have succeeded in elimination all non-alkaline foods from my diet, and I am happier, healthier, full of energy, even my state of mind has dramatically improved since becoming 100% vegan. It will be tough at the beginning of your journey, but when you fundamentally understand that the food that we ingest serves as a healing component when we only eat foods that come from nature that hasn’t been tempered with. Our foods can also serve as poison if we insist on eating processed food for a long time.
The foods you’re going to eat on the alkaline diet are whole foods that are nutrient dense made by nature primarily to nourish your mind body and soul. These foods will include lots of fruits, vegetables, and plenty of water. You can start with little changes like adding alkaline rich foods like quinoa, walnuts, mushrooms, bell peppers, kale, and mangos, that will not alter your overall eating habit. A great resource that helped me understand the high power of eating well was DR, Sebi. Look him up either youtube of Google; there is a great wealth of importation on him that you can find which will help you understand the connection between food and health. Let all take responsibility for our lives and our help raise a generation of free thinkers and a healthy state of mind because at the end of the day real wealth is excellent health.
I find that substituting your foods with more alkaline-forming food that will not modify the taste of the meals that you are accustomed to is key. Below I have included some high alkaline food items that you can add or substitute within your food preparation.
